Refund policy
It's sad seeing you here. If the product is "damaged" or the customer is "not satisfied", Return or Exchange are accepted. Please remember that, We have a 5 Business Day return/exchange policy, which means you have 5 weekdays after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed). You’ll also need to provide full name, receipt number or order date. Sending us feedback about why you are not satisfied will be appreciated. We will do everything we can to improve ourselves and make sure it is not happening again.
To start a return, you can contact us at ContactUs@PolarBeaverWoodworking.com. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package ( the return address may differ depending on the COVID-19 restrictions and customer's location). The return shipping costs are customer's responsibility (customer does not need to pay any restocking fee). At the time of your return please send us the tracking number if available. Your refund process starts once we receive the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges is only allowed if you are exchanging the same product with different size, color or material. Otherwise, fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
